These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyShiftSheet (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use or security breach.

3. Your Content

• You own the content you enter (e.g., companies, shifts, bank details). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and non-infringing nature of your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt, overload, or access it without authority; uploading malicious code; reverse engineering; or using it to violate others' rights.

5. Payments

The Service helps generate timesheets and exports. It does not process payroll or payments. You are responsible for any financial arrangements with agencies or employers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed £100.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
